Monthly payments are non-refundable and can only be redeemed against treatments and not in conjunction with offers unless stated otherwise*. Payments are collected monthly via direct debit and will only be attempted once after a fail. Should the direct debit be cancelled your previous payments are non-refundable and will only be available for 6 months to use in clinic. The management has the right to refuse service.
