WHAT TO EXPECT
The Consultation
When you arrive at the clinic I will apply numbing cream to your chosen treatment area as this can take between 15-30 minutes to set in. Next I will take a series of "before" photos. Then after you have completed the relevant consent and medical history forms I will take some time to listen carefully to your requirements and discuss the right brow shape, colour and style to suit your face. After deciding on a colour to match your hair colour and skin tone I will then measure up and draw your brow template on using a soft pencil.
Pre Treatment Advice
It is advisable to wear your normal makeup on the day of your permanent cosmetic procedure as it will give a clear indication to your technician of your preferences, expectations and of what you would like to achieve. However if you are having an eyeliner procedure please do not wear any mascara.

ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECT?
AFTERCARE
Minor side effects are to be expected for any SPMU treatment. The most common side effects are swelling and redness, both will usually subside after 8 hours. Particularly after lip blush, lips may be sore to touch and tender when brushing your teeth. After lip blush, it is common to develop a cold sore.
IMPORTANT DO NOTS for 2 weeks 1. Soaps, facial cleansers, water on pigmented areas. If the area does get wet, pat dry very gently with a tissue. 2. Washing the pigmented area. 3. Chlorine pools. 4. Retin-A on pigmented areas. 5. Makeup on the pigmented area for 5 days, including non-allergenic. 6. Hot, steamy, long showers. 7. Sun/sunbeds on pigmented areas. 8. Jacuzzi or saunas. 9. Make sure you wash your hair with your head tilted backwards to stop water running down you face.
DOES IT HURT?
Some customers feel nothing at all, whilst others may feel a slight scratching or stinging feeling. Most clients have been happily surprised at how little they felt, if they even felt anything at all. Numbing gel is used to minimise the discomfort you may feel.
